Eco-friendly Cleaning Products for a Greener World

You could be polluting your home without even knowing it. Some of the chemicals we use to clean affect the air inside our homes in negative ways. If you knew that when you were cleaning you were actually putting your family’s health at risk, wouldn’t you want to make a change? Many people believe that in order to be clean, the house has to smell like a bleach (or other cleaning product) factory. This is not the case at all. You can choose environmentally friendly cleaning products to keep your home clean and your family safe without the “knock you down at the door” smell of some of the commercial cleaning products on the market.

What are eco-friendly products? You’ve seen ads for cleaners that are organic or “green.” These products comply with the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) guidelines for product ingredients that are safe for the environment. If these products won’t poison the earth, they are a lot safer for you don’t you think?

Think about it. About 50 to 100 years ago people cleaned in other ways.

Sleeping With Allergies - 3 Ways to Rest Well Despite Airborne Allergies

If you suffer with airborne allergies you know each day can be a challenge. But trying to sleep despite sneezing, coughing, post nasal drip and other irritating symptoms can result in night after night passing you by without ever feeling truly rested. Here are 3 ways you can get to sleep despite allergies that are triggered by airborne irritants.

Cover Up---One of the most common allergy triggers is the dust mite. These invisible bugs are typically found in huge numbers in---you guessed it---bedrooms. They feed on dead skin cells which are constantly flaking off on and under the covers. They thrive in warm moist places, and sensitivity to the protein in their feces is what triggers allergic reactions such as congestion, puffy and watery eyes, sneezing and coughing.

You can reduce their numbers by covering your mattress and pillows with dust mite covers. These prevent them from taking up residence and producing more mites.

The Meaning of Color through Interior Design

Although we may not notice it everyday, colors bring meaning to life. Color psychology is an interesting aspect of interior design, but don't worry about 'getting it right' - it's definitely not an exact science. No color has scientifically proven, long-term effects that are the same for all humans! The same is true, by the way, for symbolic 'color meanings' - they vary rather wildly around the globe.

Still, research does show that we all share some basic responses to color. So when you set out to decorate your home, color psychology can provide you with the most promising color candidates for the effects you want to achieve.

The Three Levels Of Focus!

From talking with my personal development clients, I've discovered that there are almost as many versions of what focus is as there are people! Authors like Ekhart Tolle explain that focus is all about tapping into 'The Power of Now' ' that focus on what you're doing will lead to happiness and success. And, sure, you can see that in action on your TV screens. Watch how top sports people focus on just the task in hand and how they even have routines or silly rituals to get them in 'the zone' to be at their most effective. But this 'here and now focus' is only a small part of a much bigger picture. Those guys on the sports channels haven't got there by just focusing on whatever they happen to be doing in whatever here and now they find themselves in. To be successful, focus needs direction and all these guys are driven by what I might describe as strategic focus.

Like onions, focus has layers! Through my work with my clients on my personal development workshops, I have come to the conclusion that there are three levels or layers to becoming truly focused - and three steps that you must take to enable you learn how to focus and direct that focus in a productive way.

How to Generate Highly Targetted Traffic and Opt-ins with FREE Re-brandable Reports

In my opinion viral marketing is one of THE best tools in your internet marketing arsenal.

Do you have an eBook or Video that you would like to see GO VIRAL?I'm going to show you how you can let a report (or eBook) loose on the internet TODAY, and it will generate highly targeted traffic to your website by NEXT WEEK and for several months to come.

All you need to do is give away your report for free, with re-branding rights, and it will then be picked up by other internet marketers, shared and generally distributed and read by people all over the internet.

In the past I've generated enough traffic from a single re-brandable report to build a mailing list of five thousand subscribers in the space of a week.

Sound good? It is.

Ski Holidays - There'll Always Be a North Versus South Debate

Steezy outfits? Check. Mountain side restaurants? Chalet lined slopes? Ummmmm miles upon miles of terrain? Not quite, unbeatable chair lift systems? This isn't going well.

OK, so there might not be as many comparisons between skiing in the Northern Hemisphere and the Southern Hemisphere. In fact, on paper, it looks almost incomprehensible. But trust me, travel to New Zealand for a touch of skiing and you won't be disappointed. The only similarity between the French Alps and the Kiwi's version seems to be the amount of tall tees and ray ban sunglasses donned on the mountain, and that's no bad thing.

Wanaka, in the South Island is a hub for devoted skiers from all around the world. From the moment you arrive on the snowy roads of the South Island, you are greeted with a town dedicated to the season.

Sat in the middle between two of the most popular mountains in the South Island, Cardrona and Treble Cone, Wanaka is at the heart of New Zealand's ski and snowboard scene. Unlike your family chalet holiday to Courchevel in your pre-teens, where most chalets and hotels are ski in-ski out, close to chair lifts or even a comfortable walking distance away to the slopes, New Zealand's mountains are dedicated to just that - purely the mountain.
